2. Hosting

The Dolichain service is hosted on dedicated servers rented from OVH or Scaleway, located in France.

3. Intellectual property

All content of the Dolichain website (texts, graphics, software) is the property of CAP-REL or its partners, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of CAP-REL.

4. Personal data protection

4.1. Data controller

The data controller is the company CAP-REL, which can be reached through its contact form.

4.2. Data collected

• when ordering: name, business email address, company name and SIREN (French company number);
• when enrolling software: SIREN, software and module versions, time zone;
• during operation: SHA256 fingerprints, row numbers and dates of the log events, module heartbeats.

The fingerprints cannot be used to recover the content of the log: Dolichain receives no invoice, no customer and no amount.

4.3. Purposes and legal basis

• Performance of the contract: account management, provision of the service, billing;
• Legitimate interest: security of the service and abuse detection;
• Legal obligation: retention of accounting records.

4.4. Retention period

• fingerprints, receipts and daily seals: 10 years, which is the purpose of the service;
• account data: duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years;
• billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).

4.5. Recipients

The data is intended for CAP-REL for the provision of the Dolichain service. It is never passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. The daily seal is signed by UpToSign, which only receives an attestation containing no personal data.

4.6. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Fingerprints already received cannot be erased before 10 years: their unalterable retention is the service you ordered. To exercise your rights, use the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.

5. Cookies

The website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, with no advertising or tracking:

• session: keeps you signed in, 2 hours;
• XSRF-TOKEN: protection against request forgery, 2 hours;
• locale: language chosen in the footer, 1 year.

As these cookies are essential, they do not require prior consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
